Red Rocket (2021)

Red Rocket es una película dirigida por Sean Baker (The Florida Project, Tangerine, Starlet), cuyo guion coescribe junto a Chris Bergoch.

Esta comedia dramática cuenta la historia de Mikey Saber, una estrella del porno caída en desgracia que regresa a su ciudad natal, en Texas, pese a que realmente nadie le quiere de vuelta.

El reparto de Red Rocket está encabezado por los actores Simon Rex (Mark & Rita, The Drone, Student Bodies), Bree Elrod (Sometimes I Think About Dying, Dark Feed) y Suzanna Son (The Idol). Completan el elenco Ethan Darbone, Judy Hill, Shih-Ching Tsou, David Maxwell, Brittney Rodriguez y Karren Karagulian.

Presentada en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, la película Red Rocket se estrenará en las salas de cine de España el próximo 6 de mayo de 2022.
